“Perfect for a ski vacation with family or friends”
Our stay at Song Saa, a standalone ski villa in Niseko, was truly fantastic, perfect for a ski vacation with family or friends. The villa's space is both practical and comfortable. The spacious and quiet bedrooms allow everyone to relax after a day of skiing. The villa also features a full kitchen and washing machine, incredibly convenient for a ski trip. You can easily cook your own meals and wash your ski clothes at any time, making it ideal for a ski vacation of a week to a month. The living room offers stunning views. Large windows overlook the winter snowscapes and mountains of Niseko, making it a truly enjoyable and relaxing place to relax or enjoy coffee. The villa's location is also excellent, very close to the Annupuri ski resort, a quick drive away, making skiing very convenient. Special thanks to Jessica Tan, the staff member, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She answered many of our questions during our stay and speaks Chinese, making communication very smooth. She also helped us book ski lessons, being incredibly patient and attentive throughout the process, making our ski trip much easier. Overall, this is a perfect detached villa for a ski vacation; the facilities, views, and service are all very satisfying. If you're coming to Niseko for skiing, Song Saa is highly recommended.

“I had the best time”
I had the best time, unreal hospitality from when we first arrived and they put all our bags and suitcases inside was amazing. House was big enough for our big group, such a beautiful house. Will be back. Thank you to all the staff again, very helpful.

“This property has set the bar extremely high”
This place is incredible! Being my first time in Niseko, this property has set the bar extremely high. This was one of the only places we could find that would accommodate our large group and it truly exceeded all expectations. Spacious, clean, great location & well thought out touches to make for an unforgettable trip! The team Anna, George and Kitti were fantastic, the standard of service was next level and we cannot thank them enough. Can't wait to come back.

“Everything felt high quality”
We had an amazing stay at Song Saa in Niseko. The property itself is awesome. Super comfortable well laid out and very spacious. Everything felt high quality and well thought through and the amenities were great!!!! The chalet was kept extremely clean throughout our stay and the cleaners did a great job. You could really tell the place is very well maintained. Big thanks to Anna, George and Kitti who were all incredibly friendly professional and accommodating. They were there when we arrived and when we left helping with our bags and making everything feel smooth and easy from start to finish. The location was great as well. Easy to get around Niseko while still feeling private and peaceful. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Song Saa to anyone coming to Niseko 🤙🏽

“Song Saa was absolutely incredible.”
It is our third time in Niseko and while we have always stayed in lovely places, this takes the cake! Song Saa was absolutely incredible. The house itself, the quality furnishings, the thoughtful design, the location, the private space out the back and front for the kids to play as long as they like - perfect! The home was cozy and fit our huge family more than comfortably. The proximity to Annupuri lifts and restaurants was also great. The chalet team were so very helpful with all questions and requests. I would 100000% come back here and would recommend to anyone looking for a Luxury escape with family or a group.

“Song Saa was the perfect home away from home”
One of the best vacations ever. My entire family of 14, spent 7 days in this beautiful, idylic chalet nestled in Annupuri. Song Saa was the perfect home away from home for us. The rooms were wonderful and the bathrooms... huge! The kitchen, is every cooks dream. I enjoyed cooking while looking through the glass window and seeing the powdery snow capped landscape. Truly priceless! We are all looking forward to coming back to Song Saa for another mini family vacation.
